Lemonade Diet Recipe for the Cayenne-Maple Syrup Cleanse

Lemonade Diet Recipe

for the Master Cleanse, maple syrup diet, lemon diet, and cayenne pepper diet

Per every 8-10 oz. of water, combine:
2 Tbsp Grade B Organic Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp Fresh squeezed Lemon Juice
1/10 tsp Cayenne Pepper (or more if you can stand it)

*Variation- If you are doing the Lemonade Diet (Master Cleanse) to lose weight, then you can halve the amount of maple syrup that you use in your lemonade. If you are very thin or underweight and you are doing this as a detox, then increase the amount of syrup in each of your lemonades.

You can drink organic peppermint or herbal tea during the day, and you can also mix those into your lemonade for a different flavor if the lemonade gets monotonous. On the lemonade diet, you also drink a saltwater flush and an herbal laxative tea at night.
