Another awesome mobile RPG has made its way onto your favorite device - Knights & Dragons. The addictive nature behind battling mythical creatures, raising party members to their full potential and picking up loot powers this free game.
Players need to know the best ways to maximize their personal party and items. We're going to help you do just that by blessing you with 10 tips/tricks/cheats that will aid you in mastering Knights & Dragons.
Fending off beats and keeping your buildings up to par are just a few of the goals we'll help you with.
1. Leave A Battle If Your Having a Hard Time
You're bound to encounter some crazy hard battle situations. Engaging in battles will support your farming, unlocking and item upgrading activities, so make sure you fight a lot. If you happen to get killed in the middle of a battle, leave the fight altogether and let your foes heal. You might get the urge to cop some gems and continue the fight, but just X out of the battle. Once you make a return to the game and that battle in particular, all of your knights will heal back up. A simple restart is all you need to clear those tough battles.
2. Become Familiar with Your Knights' Armor Elements
Each armor belongs to five elements - Fire, Water, Earth, Air and Spirit. Each elements is stronger or weaker against an opposing element, so make sure you know which ones to equip against certain elemental enemies. The list of elemental advantages below should clear things up for you:
- Fire > Spirit
- Water > Fire
- Earth > Water
- Air > Water
- Spirit > Earth
Also, remember this - whenever you're enhancing your armor, combine it other pieces of armor with the same elements. Once you do that, it gives you a 20 percent bonus Fusion XP.
3. Hop Into Some Quests
A Knights & Dragons player provided some tips on DroidForums.net on the game's beginning and Quests:
Don't get to crazy or impatient. Don't spend real $$$ unless you have extra to spare. The game starts slow with lots of Quests. If you play regularly for about a week, you will be just fine. In fact, follow this beginners guide and you will rank in events after your first week Remember to use your "Special Blow" in defeating bosses and minions to get your materials for making armor. You can get great stuff as you just follow the tutorial and quest. Once you finish the Tutorial, you will enter one of a million codes out there. They all give you the same bonus armor to start. It's good armor too.
4. Put Up Some More Training Grounds
Keeping your Knights and Dragons busy with Quests is cool, but make sure you throw them into the pit of Gold farming - The Training Grounds! As you construct your kingdom with more and more buildings, place a heavy emphasis on developing more Training Grounds. These raise the Gold output of your home base, sop invest and build these building types frequently.
5. Keep Your Friends Close and Your Best Friend Closer
If you're having a hard time dealing with any tough bosses, it's best to enlist the help of your friends. Find some friend codes through forums or just hit up you closest allies so you're not alone in your battle for conquest. Hit up the arena leaderboards from time to time so you request the strongest players for your party. You can hire up to 10 friends a day, folks. Here's a few Friend Codes to start you off:
6. Take Advantage of Boss Fights
SuperCheats.com offered a few tips on how to make the most out of all those boss fights you'll get engaged in:
Boss fights are the best way to earn resources. You can earn a shard from the elemental attribute of the Boss merely by defeating it. Use a special attack to finish it and you will receive a rare item. After you defeat a boss on the Epic level, you are able to summon it from the Summoning Circle using Gems. Bosses can also drop other items, including chest keys, fusion stars, and more.
7. Maximize Your Building's Potential
SuperCheats.com also noted how important it is to make your buildings work even better for you:
Buildings have a certain limit on how much Gold can be earned. Otherwise, though, there's no real punishments for being away from the game for an extended period. Use the Buildings section of this guide to see how long you can spend away from the game before a particular building will reach its maximum capacity.
8. Try to Level Up During Battles
Whenever you're engaged in battle, try to aim for a level up opportunity. If your knights and dragons happen to reach that next level during a round, then all of those knights and dragons will head into the next battle with full health. Increase your chances of leveling up and defeating any baddies even more by paying close attention to this tip.
9. Don't Overspend on Upgrading Non+ Pieces of Armor
A user of Funzio.com dropped a few hints on properly investing in elemental armors:
Don't spend any time/money leveling a non plus version of an armor beyond what it takes to unlock the plus version. Doing so is a waste of time, gold, and craftable elements. Once you have your mono element armors (Stonescale, Seafoam, DragonFlame, Mystic, and Wing Warriors) to level 10, STOP enhancing them, craft the + version, and level the + version instead. This will momentarily set you back in armor strength, but it's an important investment that will pay off later. Do the same with your "Big Four" L50 armors. Don't level a non-plus version of this armor beyond the L15 it takes to unlock the + version. Craft the plus as soon as you can, and level it instead. That one step back takes you 3 steps forward.
10. You Might as Well Earn Some Free Gems
Gems are used to come back to life in the middle of a failed battle, but you're gonna have to use some of your real cash to get some. The best way to earn some free gems is to hit up the in-game menu. Then head to the shop tab, scroll to the right and click on "Get Free Gems." Check out the offers that pop up, complete all of 'em and earn your 20 free gems. Kill some time by downloading extra games and completing online surveys while you're waiting for your health/Gold meter to fill back up. You don't have to keep those downloaded games, ya know? You'll still get to keep any of your new gems even if you uninstall those newly downloaded games. Just sayin'...
