It's fair to say that the big highlight is the final installment of the Mass Effect saga. We also can't ignore the fact that Street Fighter X Tekken is actually here and definitely cause for celebration (seriously, it felt like it was never going to arrive).

This is it, the third chapter of the best thing we have going these days when it comes to space operas (unless you can still stomach Star Wars or Battleship Galactica… surely people like those exist, somewhere, somehow). Mass Effect 3 is the conclusion of the Mass Effect trilogy, and things sure seem as if it’s going out an atomic bomb-sized bang. BioWare promises that every mystery will be solved and that every plot thread with be concluded. The action has also been refined to make it feel less like a RPG and more like a traditional action title. The Multiplayer action sees some significant improvements, and the option for downloadable content is there. Players can also expect the FemShep to look a lot more eye-pleasing this time around as well. Plus, gender ultimately plays no role in whom you get to get to having intergalactic coitus with! Once again, Mass Effect 3 is going all out, baby. PC, PS3, Xbox 360

Capcom's first new crossover fighter in quite some time is finally here (Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom 3 doesn’t count since it’s a sequel). At long last, we have the World Warriors rubbing elbows and exchanging blows with the King of the Iron First tournament participants. With the end result being a weird mixture of the two very different fighting styles that both franchises offer. Along with something called the Gem System. It's apparently a bunch of game modifiers, presented in the form of colored stones that can enhance various attributes. You also have Pandora Mode, which allows one partner in a team to sacrifice him or herself, in that their partner will be stronger. All this is supposed to help entice newbies and give vets an extra layer of strategy. Though the jury is still out on the both counts. Oh, and did I mention Pac-Man and ugly NES box art Mega Man also guest star? PS3, Xbox 360, PC, Vita
