Bieber had pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence, resisting arrest and invalid driving license charges following his January 23 arrest. The Associated Press reports that the his lawyers had fought to with hold the video from the public. Though this request was denied, the court agreed to block a section of the video that shows the Biebs peeing into a cup.
TMZ definitely thinks that Bieber stumbles during the test and that cops will use that as a "smoking gun." The release of the video is likely to cause more problems for the Canadian singer, with CNN reporting that one of the singer's bodyguards has been arrested on a theft charge.
