Jen Arnold and her husband Bill star on a “little” show called The Little Couple. It was just announced that Arnold has been diagnosed with cancer. Here are the facts on Arnold and her diagnosis.

1. Arnold’s Reality Show Focuses on Her Life as a Dwarf

Both Arnold and her husband Bill Klein have dwarfism. Their reality show “The Little Couple” first aired on TLC in 2009 and follows the life of the couple, showing how they live their lives. Check out this clip of the couple adapting their car to fit their needs.

2. The Reality Star Has Been Diagnosed With a Rare Form of Cancer

It was just reported that Jen Arnold has been diagnosed with cancer, which is sad to hear. Arnold spoke exclusively with People about her cancer diagnosis

I have recently been diagnosed with a rare type of cancer and am currently undergoing treatment, including surgery and chemotherapy.

3. The Couple Has Recently Adopted Two Children

Here’s a clip of Arnold and Klein talking about their journey entering into parenthood before they adopted their two children. People talks about their children as they write:

The Houston-based neonatologist, 39, and her husband Bill Klein, 38, are parents to son Will, 3, whom they adopted from China, and daughter Zoey, 2, whom they recently brought home from India.

4. Her Prognosis “Looks Good”

Arnold’s husband Bill Klein is showing a great amount of support to his wife as she’s going through this difficult time. While hearing that Jen Arnold’s illness is a rare form of cancer, it sounds quite scary, but apparently Arnold is doing quite well. She states:

I am very fortunate as the prognosis is good. While there is never a good time to get news like this, getting it just as we are building our new family is tough in many ways … But being surrounded by the love of my husband and our two beautiful children is actually in many ways giving me the strength to fight it even stronger.

The exact name of Arnold’s type of cancer has not yet been released.

5. Arnold Has Already Had Over 30 Surgeries

Due to Jen Arnold’s dwarfism, she’s already had over 30 procedures and surgeries, so she’s no stranger to hospitals and healing. That should make going through chemotherapy, and everything else that comes along with this diagnosis, easier to deal with.
