It's the premiere of Miley Cyrus' documentary Miley: The Movement on MTV and Twitter is abuzz with excitement. Check out the full recap, including videos to show you the Top 10 Highlights from Miley's creation.


1. Miley Explains Her "Movement"

The documentary begins with an explanation of Miley: The Movement:

I don't apologize for anything ... This isn't just some mess. This is all thought out in my mind ... It's all part of a bigger plan. It's all part of a movement ... like an army.

Oh, and for those Miley fanatics out there, MTV will air a 90 minute deluxe version of the documentary this Sunday, October 6, 2013.


2. Tish Cyrus Makes Her Debut

Tish Cyrus is on the scene. Tish opens up first talking about Miley's childhood, how she gave it up for show business and how they used to just worry about her cheerleading, but now it's a whole new ball game.


3. Miley Is A Die-Hard Britney Spears Fan

Miley talks about how Britney Spears was and always will be her idol, much like she is for many of her fans. This explains why Miley wanted to team up with Britney for her album.

I always say I want one bitch on my record and that's Britney, Bitch.

In Miley: The Movement, MTV actually shows Britney in the studio recording "SMS (Bangerz)."


4. Pharrell Williams Talks About How He Was Dying to Work With Miley

Pharrell confesses to the camera that he really wanted to work with Miley Cyrus and she won him over by singing "Jolene." Pharrell actually encouraged Miley to chop her hair off and dye it blonde. Pharrell says:

You have to remember this is a 20-year-old evolving.


5. Miley Performs on Jimmy Kimmel Live Sick as a Dog

After suffering through rehearsals with a sore throat and coughing, Miley hits Jimmy Kimmel, followed by Good Morning America. But, as soon as the performances came around, Miley seemed all better. This is when Miley opened up Jimmy Kimmel by giving one of her dancers a lap dance.


6. Her Crazy VMA Performance Was Justified

Miley's performance at the VMAs was inspired by the bears from her music video "We Can't Stop." She explains her crazy performance by saying:

Everyone takes the VMAs so seriously and I just want to come out on stage and shoot a hot dog gun.

Miley also addresses those people out there who just thought her VMA performance was a hot mess as she states:

It's a strategic hot mess ... If I really wanted to do a raunchy sex show, I wouldn't have come out dressed like a damn bear.

Miley wants to separate herself from everyone else and do performances that blow people's mind. With that said, wouldn't you say her VMA performance was a great success?

Everything has to be so huge. Everything has to be a moment.


7. It's Revealed that Miley's VMA Entrance Was Messed Up

Miley admits she's a perfectionist and control freak, so when things don't go just right, she shuts down and gets really upset. In one scene, it's revealed that Miley Cyrus had a special entrance planned for her arrival to the red carpet for the MTV VMAs 2013. When it gets messed up, Miley freaks out, slams the car door shut on a woman who opens it to let Miley out and begins to argue on the phone. Finally, she gives up and just gets out of the car.


8. Miley Was Watching ...

Not only were fans and media all watching tonight, Miley Cyrus was lounging in front of her TV to watch it all go down.


9. Miley Cyrus Talks Twitter

Miley Cyrus confesses that she connects best with her fans through social media, especially Twitter. She even goes to visit the Twitter offices.

10. The Foam Finger Is Addressed

After her VMA performance, the media went crazy, especially about Miley's use of the foam finger. She actually says she thought all the outrage was hilarious because she doesn't take it seriously. She said she's very comfortable with sexuality and thought it was funny to come out with the little pig tails looking like a "grown-up baby," but doing really raunch things on stage.

And of course, the documentary ends with Miley's video "Wrecking Ball" and Miley saying she feels she's just beginning.
