Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans is thrown back in jail after receiving a surprise drug test from the judge this morning. According to Radar Online, Evans’ attorney Dustin Sullivan stated:
Jenelle pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and all the other charges were dismissed.
Sullivan then confirmed Evans’ drug test failure:
The judge gave her 48 hours in jail for testing positive.
Courtland Rogers, Jenelle’s estranged husband was in the courtroom but left.

Rogers didn’t know at this point that Evans was headed for more jail time.
I left it was to much anxiety man my whole body was shaking I'm sorry I couldn't wait it out but I know she is not going to jail 4 a fact

He then proceeded to vent to Twitter followers about his anxiety and frustration with Jenelle’s circumstances.
Omfg they dropped everything and gave her unsupervised probation?? Smdh UNSUPERVISED???? Wow 48 hours in jail that's tuff smdh really??

Unfortunately, it looks like a lot of fans are not surprised by Evans being thrown back in jail for marijuana.
