The latest Marvel film to come to the small-screen, Iron Man 3 releases on DVD this coming September 24th, a decent chunk of time before the highly anticipated Captain America: Winter Soldier sequel launches into theaters
The above fifteen minute film has Hayley Atwell reprise her role as Agent Peggy Carter (not the one that is CAptain America’s current comic love interest Sharon Carter’s aunt, because that would just be weird), and is directed by acclaimed assistant director and Marvel producer Louis D’Esposito.
In the film, Peggy Carter feels empty because its the late 1940’s and she’s a woman and put out of any interesting assignments due to spy agencies being a boy’s club. She she fudges the records, and goes out to bust up crime on her own, a bold and heroic decision for anyone associated with Captain America. The decision has some dire consequences for our grieving heroine, although it’s not exactly what you think.
