Helen is a designer and model, so of course she wanted to be creative with her wedding attire. There was no white on this lady's wedding dress. According to Daily Mail:
Helen looked like a princess in a voluminous dark blue and green coat with a white gown peeking through underneath while the 40-year-old singer-songwriter opted for a red and green tartan tuxedo.

The bride was adorned in a blue plaid gown with princess sleeves. Hey, that's a designer for ya. Even so, the groom was decked out in plaid as well, but his suit was red. And, apparently many of the guest wore plaid.
