Recently, Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe of Bravo’s Real Housewives of New Jersey have been making headlines for their bank and mortgage fraud case. However, Teresa is a resilient woman and makes the best of every situation. In fact, amidst all the Housewives’ show craziness, I was able to chat with her all about her latest cookbook Fabulicious On The Grill. With all of her cookbooks and her family’s passion for cooking, Teresa is still in the kitchen, enjoying herself. In fact, I recently had the chance to chat with her about her latest book Fabulicious On The Grill while she was in the middle of her book tour. Teresa gave me some quick meal tips for busy moms like herself.
From Fabulicious On The Grill, there’s the marinated chicken breast with the grilled apple rings, that’s quick and easy. Grilling is pretty easy, it’s just a lot of recipes you just have to marinate the meats, the fish, or the chicken. With grilled pizza, if you want to make the pizza dough from scratch it’s going to take a little longer. Otherwise, you can just buy the pizza dough all ready made and if you make the pizza on the grill, that’s pretty quick.
Delicious. It’s no wonder Teresa is spending so much time on her cooking to fill her time.

3. Teresa’s Fabellini Wine Is Sticking By Her, While Milania Hair Care Is on the Fence

Not only does Teresa have best-selling cookbooks, but she has food product and wine lines as well. Too boot, she has a hair care line named after one of her daughters, Milania. On a sad note, Radar Online reports that the company’s CEO says:
I will be meeting with Teresa within the next few days to better understand the impact the pending trial will have on her, her family and specifically our brand. Based on that discussion, we will determine the next steps for The Milania Collection and whether she is the right person to continue to endorse the brand.
Milania Haircare has been nothing but a success, so hopefully, the brand will stand behind Teresa.
4. Teresa Talks About Her Family on Real Housewives

If you’ve ever watched the show, you know that Teresa and her family have gone through a lot of turmoil and hurt. With their current court case, we’re sure it’s no different. As I talked with Teresa, we spoke about family, how her mother and father are very important to her. How they love to cook together because her mother taught her all her old-school Italian recipes. She then tells me a little bit about what part her family is playing on this season of the Real Housewives of New Jersey.
In this season, we made our own sausage. We stuffed the casing and everything. We make it from scratch for the whole year.
Wow! A year supply of sausage?! So, what else will we see Teresa doing besides making amends with former friends and her brother Joe?

5. BFF Kim D. Says Teresa Is Innocent

According to Radar Online, Kim DePaola insists that Teresa is innocent.
I don’t think she’s capable of doing the things she’s been charged with … I think there’s been a witch hunt going on for a long time for her.
Kim D. also adds:
In this country we are innocent until proven guilty!!! I love my friend and will stand by her!
