Miley Cyrus was excited to announce on On Air With Ryan Seacrest Friday morning that she teamed up with Snoop Lion (formerly Snoop Dogg) for a single on her new album.

“I did a song with Snoop and it’s coming out very, very soon,” she told Seacrest. “I can finally say I’m going to have a song with Snoop coming very soon.”

Cyrus added that the details of the album are still being worked out, but the song with Snoop is finished and ready to be released. According to the pop singer, the album is going to be different than what she has done in the past.

“I want this record to be just something that’s different and a bunch of like passion projects,” Miley said. “I wouldn’t have calculated — ‘Oh the first song I want to come out is gonna be me and Snoop Dogg’ — that’s never what I thought it was gonna be. I thought it would be my single kind of first. But I’ve just been able to do these things where I’ve just been in the studio at the right time and these projects have magically just happened. It just happened. Which was amazing and now it’s gonna be the first thing people hear from me so I’m excited.”

Release dates for the new single and the rest of the album have yet to be mentioned, but in the meantime, we can enjoy a video of the star Twerkin’ in a bunny costume!
