1. Michael Jordan Applied for a Marriage License
Michael Jordan, former professional basketball player and owner of the Charlotte Bobcats, was spotted at the courthouse in Palm Beach County, Florida on Thursday morning applying for marriage with his girlfriend Yvette Prieto. A court spokesperson told TMZ that the two did fill out the paperwork. The license is good for 60 days.
2. Jordan Has Been Dating Prieto Since 2008
Jordan and Prieto have been dating since 2008 and got engaged in 2011. They have been living together in Kendall, Florida since 2009.
3. She's a Cuban-American Model
Yvette Prieto is a Cuban-American model who has posed for designers including as Alexander Wang. She studied business management and is a principal with the Miami-based companies Aqua Management and Beet the LBS. In the past, she's dated Julio Inglesias, Enrique Inglesias' older brother, who at the time described Prieto as “fantastic,” “loving,” “simple” and “a very good person.”

He's Enrique's older brother and eldest child of Julio senior. JJ had this to say about Yvette:
