Hugh Jackman as Wolverine

Hugh Jackman just wrapped up filming "The Wolverine" and is already in talks to play as the X-Men mutant again in "X-Men: Days of the Future Past." If Jackman returns in the latest of the superhero movies, he will be playing the role of Wolverine for the seventh time (including a small cameo in X-Men: First Class).

Days of Future Past is sequel to First Class, which followed the young X-Men crew including, young Xavier (James McAvoy), young Magneto (Michael Fassbender), young Mystique (Jennifer Lawrence) and young Beast (Nicholas Hoult). All will be returning with some of Jackman's old cast mates Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen.

Days of Future Past was a story published in Marvel's Uncanny X-Men, set in an alternate reality where X-Men are hunted an imprisoned in camps.
