How this guy continues to prank pedestrians without getting a serious beat down is beyond belief. We've seen this creepster snowman lurking on the sidewalks before and he's continuing on with his scare tactics. Not a lot of explaining needed here, creepy snowman scares passerby who yelp, then cuss him out, then laugh. Repeat.
