Drawing influence from Picasso and the Doggystyle album, artist Jason Mecier created this 3D portrait of the Doggfather with blunts, roaches, and buds. It's a fitting tribute to Snoop's pastime and also a piece of artwork that's illegal in most of the United States.
Perhaps for his next piece Jason could create a portrait of Charlie Sheen with only cocaine or Lindsay Lohan using pills. A true artist isn't limited by their medium.
