I don't know about you, but when I look into deep into the eyes of Justin Bieber I think to myself, "why couldn't those dreamy pupils be rolling around all willy-nilly?" Nothing brings celebrities down a notch more than some Photoshopped googly eyes. In many cases, these cosmetically enhanced eyes may be an improvement. On to the weirdness...
