A mockumentary about the lives of the Autobots after the show "Transformers" was cancelled. Submission for the Transformers Ultimate DVD Contest.
Entry for Transformers fan contest.
When the Transformers first came out way back in the 80s, many episodes ended with a PSA much like G.I. JOE did. They were EXTREMELY corny and many of them were common sense. "Don't play near fallen power lines", "Always wear a vest when you're on a boat", and countless other idiotic wastes of 30 seconds. This is my tribute to them and it tackles something they never would have: racism. But what's with the ridiculous way they swear? Well, since the transformers weren't human, they adapted many human phrases to their own. I.E. "Open your eyes" became "Open your optics". So I thought it would be funny to replace swear words as well.
Here's a little video of my Transformer collection... I'm a serious Die Hard Fan, and have loved them ever since 1984.
This features two generations of Transformers fans, showing their skills, their original artwork, and their play together, as covered in regional newspapers and other media outlets in Dallas, TX area.
Please let the Transformers have some fun without taking tabloid photos!

In 1974 Chappy fights a battle with one of the first Transformers....Laundry Transformer. They said they would be back.
I uploaded my video a second time in hopes of fixing the distortion problem from my first upload. I swapped out a couple backgrounds to make the graphics less intense, but everything else has remained the same.
Optimus Prime jumps out of the 80's world of the Transformers to satisfy fans everywhere and view the latest live action adaptation of the Transformers mythology; The Live Action Movie!
In 2001, I built an 8ft G1 Transformers Optimus Prime Costume using the 2000 Timehouse Metalforce Optimus Prime figurine as my pattern and built from extruded polystyrene. He even carried his 3ft Blaster rifle. I was unhappy with the final product and decided to try it again. The costume was boxed up and sent him to the Autobot Mausoleum (my basement). In 2004, I redesigned the Optimus Prime costume from the ground up. Instead of building this costume to actually transform into a semi-truck, I opted to take a different direction. Up. It ended up being 10ft tall with my feet 37 inches off the ground. I noticed that when people wearing tranforming costumes and in fact transformer when in a crowd, only the first few rows of people get to see the costume. For the most part, not everyone gets to see and appreciate the time that it takes to build costumes. With my costume being 10ft tall, Optimus can be seen over the crowd across a crowded convention hall with no problem. And usually spectators say something along the lines of "what the hell is that?!" or "no way!" when they do see it. The general idea is to dwarf spectators and try to hold true to the idea of 'giant robot' when someone stands next to Optimus. Optimus also has fully articulated fingers/ wrists, jointed toes to aid walking, working lights, opening chest and matrix cover, light up removable Autobot Matrix of Leadership, and a 4 1/2 foot Megatron in Gun Mode that he can carry. He is even rigged with a headset walkie-talkie to communiciate with the ground crew. In 2005, using the Hard Hero full-sized statue as my pattern I built a 10ft G1 Tranformers Megatron to compliment Optimus. Megatron also sports articulated fingers/ wrists, jointed toes, and working lights. Megatron is still a work in progress. He will have his Cannon soon along with a few more surprises. The music used in this video is by 'Lazer'. I dont have any other information than that. The biggest problems with these costumes is space. Whether it be storage or production, they take up a lot of room. I recently bought a house with an 800 sq ft studio addition so more costumes are sure to follow... (more)
I have been a fan for a long while, and i have only recently gotten into this kind of animation. I hope you enjoy.
I love Transformers because they're just so much fun. So I tried to make a video that was equally as fun.
A young man gets selected by a mysterious Transformer to save the human race.
We all know how it gets when a song from the past comes on the radio, we sing along right? Well, Optimus Prime is no different my friends. I trimmed down the original clip, but here's the good stuff. Something to make you all sing along with, or at least have stuck in your heads all day. (Grins)
