The filming of Medellin is sort of the fulcrum on which things start to go south for Vince and crew until picking back up with Gatsby. One of the reasons is the presence of the gorgeous Sofia Vergara, playing a village girl with the hots for Vince but who is being chased by the most annoying character in show history, smug talentless director Billy Walsh.
