This tastefully slutty photo spurred speculation that it was for her boyfriend Liam, but Toofab sleuthed out that it's probably one of several taken by photog Vijat Mohindra for Miley's Gypsy Heart tour. And they're pretty good. If you're into Miley it's probably nice to see her in an artistic setting instead of a paparazzi telephoto view up the back of her Daisy Dukes.
