A Beaverton, Oregon, couple are deciding to split after the husband was found to be cheating on his wife. Not a unique story to say the least, but they've decided to use his infidelities to gain an edge in the housing market.
Their sign reads, "Husband left us for a 22 year old... for sale by scorned, slightly bitter, newly single owner." Judging from the "us" used on the For Sale sign, it sounds like they have a children or children together. While I understand times are hard, there's nothing quite like going to school with the vulnerability of a deadbeat, cheating Dad and having the whole school know about it.
